Sensei has been teaching martial arts since 1972, focusing on karate and kobudo.
Sensei has taught karate physical education classes at the University of Hawaii and conducted a number of self-defense seminars.
In 1995, Sensei co-founded Kick Start karate, a martial arts program designed to help "AT RISK" youngsters to complete their education and succeed in life. More than 600 youngsters have been involved in the program at no cost to them.
