Kavo & Tunzi Catering Co. is a full service gourmet catering company and food service organization. Our goal is to provide our client with the food experience they want and deserve - fresh, wholesome, good tasting food. A key component to exceeding our client's expectations is a varied and exciting menu.

Menu development is so important to Kavo & Tunzi Catering Co. that our menu is evaluated on a regular basis. Menu items are tracked by preference and adjusted accordingly.

Another key component to our success is quality and freshness of product. Freshness is reflected through out our recipes and is evident in the way we prepare our food.

Our main focus is the client. We have developed a signature, customized menu process for every client. There is no cookie cutter approach to our menus.

Executive Chef/Partner Bob Kowalewski has been preparing delicious, healthful and exciting meals for over 25 years. As an accomplished chef, experienced caterer and business owner, Bob brings his extensive knowledge base to the business.

Director of Catering/Partner Joseph Tunzi lends nearly 20 years of management experience to the organization. As former owner of Tunzi's Pizza & Wings, Joe also brings excellent culinary skills to the kitchen.
