The plans for visiting the USS Tucson as she comes around is pretty much a bust. She was delayed in SY during testing and rework that she only has time to stop in for a couple of days, one to relax the crew at a private beach party and the other to take VIPs to sea for a day. They want to get home to their families after eighteen months in the yards half way around the world from Hawaii.
